"our"), including our website, IoT platforms, TireSec solutions, and related services

(collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

We provide IoT-based tire monitoring, security, and related technology solutions.

Descriptions of Services are for informational purposes only and subject to change.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for

maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under

your account.

accuracy is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the

amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of

the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or

other reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to

conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or

federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
